Reuters: US FCC's Tate says new cable TV options not enough: "U.S. cable television providers have not done enough to give consumers more choices despite unveiling new packages of family-oriented programming, U.S. Federal Communications Commissioner Deborah Taylor Tate said on Tuesday."
