Giving viewers more control over cable TV

Insidebay: "IF you had the ability to create the cable television package you want, how many channels would you buy? Ten? Twenty? Thirty? Many of us almost assuredly would not pick the 60-, 70-, 80- or 100- channel packages that cable providers stick us with — most of which we seldom, if ever, deign to watch. That's one reason pressure is growing both in Congress and among the public for cable television providers to stop bundling large numbers of channels together and requiring the public to buy them to make sure they get the programs they want."
